4.6 Co-Members Any member company being a full member for more then 2 years can register all his other offices, irrespective whether in the same country or not, as co-member. Following conditions are strictly applied to co-members 1. Co-members serve the same rights and obligations as any other member. 2. Co-members will always be listed on the membership listings as co-members. 3. Co-members pay the full membership fee as outlined in the concept with the same maximum as their fellow existing members in the same city. No reductions are applicable. 4. Co-members should carry the same name and/or have the same majority shareholder ship then the full member 5. Co-members can always be registered without taking into consideration any other rule or regulation on exclusivity principles as outlined in the concept.
