5. Membership classification Members receive following classification according the their seniority Bronze status : after 12 months Silver status : after 5 years Gold status : after 10 years Platinum status : after 15 years Diamond status : after 20 years The status can only be obtained at the annual conference following to the time frame the member has completed. 6. Membership termination The membership can be terminated with immediate effect under following conditions : * The member chooses to end his membership by registered mail addressed to Atlas International Network, Tolhuis Building, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium and has arranged payment of all his invoiced due to the other members. * The member changes shareholders structure without informing the network?s Management. Whenever there is a change in shareholders structure, the Board of Directors have the option to terminate the membership or not. Failing to inform Atlas of any changes could lead to immediate termination. * The members majority shareholder changes and the company comes under control of another corporate body. * The member requires a meeting of creditors. * The member is petitioned for bankruptcy or goes into (voluntary) liquidation. * The member fails to honour it?s financial obligations towards the Atlas Network and it?s members, inclusive of membership fees, insurance premiums, filing charges etc ? * The member violates the ?code of ethics? various times with various members. * The member does not actively participate in ?any? of the Atlas Network programmes. * The member does not participate for 2 consecutive annual Conferences of the Network. * The member does not have, or develop, any activity with the Network members. * The member develops activities with agents, or other networks, with damages the interests of the Atlas Network and it?s members. * The member is spreading negative rumours or information about the network Sept. 2004
