4.5 Sub-agents Are agents nominated by the Atlas Network member, but not by the Network !!! Sub agents are allowed to use Atlas Line house bills of lading subject to following conditions : Atlas member * will register his sub-agents with Atlas Network HQ. * Will fully remain responsible for the professional liabilities of the sub agents he has registered. * Will remain fully responsible for the FMC, AMS filings and the payment of the concerned premiums payable to Atlas Network * Will remain fully responsible for all consequences arising from the fact the sub-agents are signing Atlas bills of lading. The Atlas sub agents * Is not allowed to make any publication, marketing or advertisement of the fact he is sub agents of Atlas International Network and Atlas Line or belonging to our Network. * Sub agents can only sign Atlas Line house bills of lading which are consigned to the Atlas member who registered them as sub agent and not to any other. * Sub agents can become Aspirant member subj. to the rules and regulations of the network provided they pay an additional of 50% on top of the annual fee applied. Atlas Network reserves it selves the right to develop more membership categories in other type's of transport or forwarding in future.
