The Atlas Concept : Regulations (page 4)

4. Membership categories 4.1 Sea or Ocean Freight members Those members who's main focus of biz. is related to maritime and overseas transports. By preference the member is located in a seagoing port, an inland port or an inland container terminal (IDC). 4.2 Airfreight Those members who's main focus of biz. is related to airfreight transports. By preference the member is located in a national or international airport. 4.3 Full members Are the members who have been member since 12 months and are actively participating in the Atlas Network programmes. Over more they have participated to minimum one annual Conference. 4.4 Aspirant members Applicants become aspirant members during their first 12 months in the Network before acquiring the full member status. One can only move to full member status when you have participated to the annual conference. 4.5 Sub-agents Are agents nominated by the Atlas Network member, but not by the Network !!! Sub agents are allowed to use Atlas Line house bills of lading subject to following conditions : (see page 5)
