CONFIRMATION After receipt of your registration form we will mail you the invoice for the total amount due. Your registration is considered confirmed after receipt of your payment, or you can request payment via credit card. One week prior the meeting you will receive your hotel confirmation code. The original invoice will be handed over at the end of the conference. All extra costs as minibar, room service, telephone, etc. are to be paid directly to the hotel.
