All Atlas Members, interested in Break Bulk, Specialized, Heavy Lift, ODC and Project cargo Cargo SHOP 2010, 25-26-27 March, 2010 at the World Trade Center, Mumbai We are presently negotiating with Cargo SHOP 2010, the possibility to have a booth at this Freight Show between 25,26,27 March, 2010 at the World Trade Center, Mumbai. It is our intention to present our group as ATLAS LINE, an independent operator active in this field with a worldwide agency network, to contact possible shippers obtain sales leads for our members and not to generate additional Indian members. As it will not be possible for ATLAS LINE to recover the costs of this fair we can only do so if Members are willing do participate in the costs of this booth. What do you get in return for your participation: Booth with ATLAS LINE colors and backdrop with participating agents names and location mentioned. Printed flyer for handout during the fair with participating agents name and location mentioned. One entry to the fair. Use of the booth to meet prospective customers We do estimate the total costs for this fair (rental booth, special back drop, printing flyers, travel etc) to be around U$D 5000 to U$D 6000. In order to proceed we do need from at least a number of members their commitment that the are willing to participate in the costs as mentioned above. We do believe this an excellent opportunity to meet prospective customers at low costs. Cargo Shop 2010, is organized by Exim India and Fairplay Exposition group and claim to be established names in logistics industry in India, and have been organizing conference seminars exhibitions since many years. Cargo SHOP 2010 is first of its kind, focusing on Break Bulk, Specialized, Heavy Lift, ODC and Project cargo. Although this is the first event on these subjects Exim claims to have 85% booking for total booth which includes participation from Belgium, Germany, Singapore and other domestic companies. Dear Atlas Line Agent!! Atlas Line will apply for a booth during the 4th International Exhibition in Shanghai from 8 - 10 June 2010, if sufficient Atlas agents are willing to participate in the costs! This booth is designated for marketing and sales of ATLAS LINE as an independent NVOCC with agents and possibilities worldwide, and will have an ATLAS LINE backdrop and advertising material. If sufficient Agents do participate in this joint booth, we estimate that we can keep the costs for participation limited to U$D 750 to maximum U$D 1000 per participating agent. What will you get for this, 1 one free entry 2 free use of the booth to meet with customers 3 free advertising material, (brochure of Atlas Line with its benefits and your name and address printed) Members who are interested to join are kindly requested to inform the Atlas Staff ASAP of their intention.
